If something is hard to use, I just dont use it as much.
Things to DO's to improve your website's usability
1. Nothing important should ever be more than 2 clicks away.
2. Speak the user's language.
3. be consistent
4. Don't make me think
5. Self explanatory
6. I should be able to get it, what it is and how to use it without expending any effort thinking about it.
Keep this in mind, if you found these questions in your site fix them as early as possible.
1. pretty busy, where to start?
2. Why did they call it that?
3. Can I click on that
4. Is that the navigation or is it over there?
5. Why did they put that there?
6. Those 2 links seem they're the same thing? are they really?
